What is that movie with the toys & action figures that are robotic enhanced and go crazy on the humans?

I’ve seen the last few minutes of this movie once, and my brother and I are dying to find out the name of it so we can see it again… As far as I can remember it’s about some new kind of toys that go crazy and fight humans with weapons and stuff, even though they are just small action figures. Then there are some good toys as well, i don’t remember anymore… Please help Thanks in advance!
