How can I find the value of a comic?

I’ve tried looking in price guides, but I cannot find this one in particular. Eliminator #1 black cover, with an autograph from Mike Zeck on the cover. Thanks in advance

comicspriceguide.com says $5.60 for a 9.8 condition (Near Mint/Mint). I’m not sure how much extra you’d get with the signature, it would depend on how much the person who’s buying it would value it.
